Help with billing, training modules, your account, and how SOS Safe certification works.
SOS Safety is a certification platform — we are not an emergency call center and we do not dispatch ambulances, police, or fire services. If a guest is in immediate danger, call your country's emergency number (e.g. 911 in the US, 112 in Europe, 191 in Thailand) before contacting us.
Once local services are responding and your guest is safe, certified partners can report the incident through the dashboard or via Tourist SOS's 24/7 case-coordination workflow on tourist-sos.com.
Billing, account changes, certification questions, technical issues. The fastest path for anything that's not urgent.

Our AI assistant on the homepage can answer most questions about pricing, modules, the certification process, and how the network works — instantly, 24/7.

SOS Safe is a safety certification for hotels, hostels, guesthouses, and tour operators. Your team completes training modules covering emergency preparedness, facility safety, and communication protocols. Score 80% or higher on each module to earn your certification badge.
Go to the Team page in your dashboard and copy your invite link. Share it with staff — when they sign up through the link, they're automatically added to your organization. You can track each team member's training progress from the same page.
There are three tiers — Basic, Premium, and Elite — each covering progressively more advanced safety topics. All tiers require an 80% passing score per module. Your tier and verification code are displayed on a public verification page that guests and insurers can check.
Plans start at $12/month for hostels, with pricing based on property type. Every plan includes full access to all features — certification, team management, AI assistant, and facility assessment. All new accounts start with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. See pricing for details.
Your dashboard becomes read-only and your certification status is set to inactive. Your data, training progress, and team information are preserved — nothing is deleted. Resubscribe at any time to reactivate everything.
Yes. All plans include unlimited staff seats. Each team member can complete the training modules independently, and managers can track completion across the team from the dashboard.
SOS Safety is a training and certification platform — we don't answer 911 calls, we don't dispatch ambulances, and we don't replace local emergency services. What we do provide: staff training, documented protocols, and integration with the wider Tourist SOS Network for post-incident case coordination, vetted medical providers, and insurance-claim support. In any active emergency, call your local emergency number first.
